- Had a phone solicitor today requesting donations and food for a local food bank. Indicated it was a request for celebrating MLK Day and that Pres Obama would like you to donate. Impression was that Obama wants credit for our donations through his tele operation.

- The crane blockage issue should never have gotten to this point if the FAA official or lacky that pulled the plug on the conservationists had any common sence. A waiver would have been instantly given, as soon as the group found out they were in violation and requested variance.
